⛰️ Running for Colorado Attorney General.
🥊 Protecting working families by taking on corruption and corporate abuse.
⚖️ Executive Director Of Towards Justice.
👧👧👧 Father of three girls!
On my way to the courthouse in our case against Governor Polis for his efforts to share Coloradans' information with ICE. Sometimes politics is simple: do the right thing.

We are who we’ve been waiting for. Proud to be out there with striking Starbucks workers last week. #starbucks #strike

Organized people > organized money. Thankful for folks like Kristin showing up for working people all across our state.

A company that made $4 billion in profits last year is scared of organized people. Proud to be out there with striking Starbucks workers last week.

Trump’s name in the Epstein emails is terrible and unsurprising—because in our system, the wealthy and powerful play by a different set of rules than the rest of us. I’m running for AG to fight back, for all of our safety.

One of my top priorities as Attorney General: taking on the healthcare oligarchs that are bleeding us dry. #copolitics

On Veterans Day, let’s commit to actually fighting for veterans and the freedom they fought for—the freedom being stolen by corrupt politicians and the billionaires who own them. That’s what I’ve done my entire career and that’s what I’ll do as AG.

Pueblo! See you soon. Let's talk about how the AG can fight against a GoFundMe healthcare system and champion Main Street, small businesses, and working people across Colorado. @javiermabrey.bsky.social

600,000 Coloradans rely on SNAP. Corporate consolidation in agriculture jacks up the prices of our food and punishes small businesses, but the Attorney General can do something about that by breaking up monopolies. Sometimes government is easy: make sure kids can eat.
