It's tailored specifically to the Rocket Workbench. A good workflow for Part or Part Design is I'm sure possible but I haven't looked into it. There are some cloning macros that give a very basic capability but you have to figure out the scale.

I saw a show on savants that featured a person challenged to learn Icelandic in a week. At the end of the week he conducted a live interview on Icelandic TV. By all accounts his speaking while not flawless was quite passable.
