On 23rd September I stopped with the booze. Was drinking too much and I knew it wasn’t doing my MH any good. I tied it in with @macmillancancer Stoptober and I’ve raised over £200. I’ve also lost a stone in weight! Ok, today is the 31st, but bugger it, think I’ve deserved this!😜
