Photoshop hurts my head, but the path blur tool is really fun. Try isolating the subject on a different layer and applying the path blur tool to the remaining image... and then combine them!

I used the path blur tool in photoshop.. twice actually! One going up and the other going down 😀

It is a lovely spot to visit. I know people who moved there though and after 2 years couldn't stand it! They wanted to move someplace real!
