Really wished you, Tom and Robert would do a 6 part Fox Mulder is a Bastard. I would, in fact, pay for this.

Just got my quarterly Covid booster today. CVS kept canceling my appt, so I walked into a branch where I know the pharmacist is very proactive about giving out jabs. Getting wild out there, even with insurance. I guess I'll have to go to Canada pretty soon...

You mean the EPA guy that was doing his job? Well I'm sure the sequel treated his character fairly instead of using him as a throwaway nostalgia-bait gag.

This is going to be depressing AF, isn't it? I mean, worse than usual BTBs? About a still living, soon to be a major power (already is) scumbag?

Hood is there to protect the lens (something something glare, it mostly looks cool). Glad your lens is okay.

Please come to Detroit next year! And maybe not in grey and snowy January (same for Chicago, really).

In a past life (as late as 2023), I was a "strobist" photographer, which is to say I employed flashes on portraits. I really had a lot of disdain for all the "natural light" photogs, like oh you're too lazy to use actual tools.

Did you and Ganz ever discuss Edgar Wright or Bong Jun Ho on Directorpiece? If not, I may have to commission a pick the flick (I'm already doing one for something else with @gamefullyun.bsky.social and asking you two to guest)

These are some amazing gets. Your S20, CoC4, and NYT 2026 have been just fantastic. I didn't think you'd top the S12-14 runs, but I think TM is peaking right now. Hail TM!

Most Asian marts will have it, any Korean grocer will have the roasted grains or tea bags of the stuff.

Since I saw you were okay with rice, mugi-cha (boricha) is a staple in Japan and Korea. Boiled roasted barley. Korea alps does boiled roasted corn. Very tasty, it's what I was raised on.

People who just listen missed out on a shocker at what Jason flashes on screen. (His junk, I'm talking about his junk)

How much of the $30k out of pocket cost was the Frank Dux book? A couple of grand? (Surely that's a legitimate business expense, as Bigfeets drives a significant % of your book sales.)

Aww, look at him cosplaying like a tough little boy.

Who only knows about this because of Michael Bay?

Dude teaches at Michigan?That's... embarrassing

Huh, I did better than I thought, sort of guessing bet. 2 & 4 (I thought they were both Scottish tweed (was there last year, picked up a great Harris tweed coat, locally tailored), so only 50% there), but did correctly ID 3 as hand crafted.
November 7, 2025 at 9:42 PM
2 and 4 seem to have the nicest fabrics, but it's hard to tell at just magnifying the pic. 3 might have hand sewn lapels, therefore elsewhere? I guess I'm saying I have no idea. I'll go with 3 as best value as it will likely last the longest. No idea what's the most/least expensive.
