Great piece Sammy! Perhaps also call Berkeley Bowl and ask what they’re doing with all that gas? (Big mystery) They’re a supermarket… their main use of energy has got to be freezers and refrigerators, which should all be electric (its cold in there). Are they using gas for heat?
