Update: Shutter now working 98% of the time at 1/50th 1/25th B & T. Optics cleaned, there is some fungus damage on the rear element. I don't have helicoid grease so a tiny bit of Vaseline had to do. I broke the head on one of the tiny screws that holds the focusing ring on 📷

Donor lens arrived. on first inspection the shutter sticks open except at 1/50th, aperture works, focus sloppy at shorter distances and stiff near infinity, a fair amount of dust but I can't see any fungus. The most frustrating thing is it doesn't accept a cable release, an oversight on my part.

Painted. Waiting for the £3 broken Kodak folding camera to arrive, hopefully it has a working 105mm lens, a lens of any sort would be nice, the listing stated the camera was stuck shut.

Camera progress, I've fashioned a 5x4 carrier from various bits of found wood, a lot of 'No Nails' glue, I'll slap some black paint on it tomorrow. 📷

Found out the hard way that the Industar 69 lens was made for half frame cameras so it doesn't cover a full 35mm 📷 frames appear to be sharp though. #filmphotography

It's not a big deal but using Caffenol to develop my negs is giving me a very high base fog, I've tried upping the amount of iodised salt to no avail. #filmphotography 📷

First portrait of a stranger using the Ricohflex TLR, I was a bit flustered and the angle is all over the place plus I mistakenly only used enough developer for a 35mm roll not 120! It's a learning curve - Fomapan 200, Caffenol C H. camera scan.
