Given the huge number of injured players this year, you need new conditioning staff. Clearly these guys were not ready to play this year. It’s the off field stuff that makes a championship team. Where do you rate your team’s support staff? Conditioning, medical, technology, food & facilities?

Hey Michael Bidwell, 3-11 is unacceptable. Every team is plagued with injuries. Multiple teams are using backup QBs. Defense sucks when your opponent scores 40 points against you. Fumble kickoff in end zone, off his face. These guys aren’t playing like pros, they’ve given up. Leadership!
