I like the idea in principle- but given that these can’t ever really be neutral forecasts ( I’d say), I’d worry about accountability…it works well for the U.K. climate committee but I’d say because that’s easier to do (despite being a huge topic )

If I look ahead, climate change is likely to drive much much more migration globally. I guess my question is what you think western countries should do that is fair and respectful , effective and affordable and respects human rights?
