I wish I could believe you. It's been decades of children being gunned down and the headlines always boil down to: "Nothing Could Have Prevented This." I don't think the death of any number of the babies of The Poors will move them in any way.

Has it been legally determined if protesters can be charged with assault for doing so? I have read that turning a garden hose on them if they enter your property and refuse your demands to leave can be counted as assault.

As a Californian, I'm proud that our state is taking a stand. I'm not nuts about our Governor, and will likely give my primary vote to someone else if he runs for President, but he IS using the power of the Dem trifecta in a state that's more influential and well-funded than most nations.

I want to go to there.
