Goofy that this game is banned also why would you ever submitted scene like this????? This absolutely what got the game banned. They should be allowed to appeal with a new version regardless, but I question the decision making of whoever thought this would fly.

"We think the ban may have been triggered during the initial Steam submission by an incomplete scene on day six, in which a man and his young daughter visit the farm. The daughter wants to ride one of the horses (in the game the “horses” are humans wearing a horse mask) and gets to pick which one. What followed was an interactive dialogue sequence where the player is leading, by a lead as if they were a horse, a naked adult woman with a young girl on her shoulders. The scene is not sexual in any way, but it is possible that the juxtaposition is what triggered the flag. We have since changed the character in the scene to be a twenty-something woman, both to avoid the juxtaposition and more importantly because the dialogue delivered in that scene, which deals with the societal structure in the world of HORSES, works much better when delivered by an older character. "

I sure hope people actually read the article this time, and simply didn't fall for incredible bait once again! Surely they wouldn't summarize a single paragraph that is free to read from a Japanese publication and then make a misleading headline! www.nikkei.com/article/DGXZ...

The Eurogamer article's headline is misleading he talks about story being one of the factors with another big one being crossplay this is all summarized from a single paragraph of an article written in Japanese.

Sadly don't think expectations were the problem here. They were expecting it to sell as fast as the first game in the series did. Origin sold over 3 million copies in under 4 months. Everyone seem to be taking that number as lifetime sales which it isn't. www.ea.com/news/bioware...

There's some pretty important info that's being left out of this article that's covered in the IGN article. To me that additional information makes it seem like this is a move to make stockholders excited more than do anything meaningful.
