Thoughts like I am messy,gross,worthless and useless consumed me for months. I was doing the #bareminimum and my #house reflected my mental health. Today I #cleaned and #organized a good chunk of my house. I still have those thoughts but it was definitely a big fuck you to that #negative thinking!
