According to Director Tomono, although the details are different, the concept of the DigiAttack follows the same philosophy applied in the "Shooting Mode" from the Metal Max series, which he worked in long ago. Time Stranger inherited many elements from Tomono's past works.

In the latest Terriermon Assistant video, we were shown a few storyboards for the concept of the Cross Arts, with movements and elements that were very different from the final version. In the end, they decided to simplify it into what is in Digimon Story Time Stranger.

From side content that was just reused in side quests that felt like they would have a bigger impact in the story, or just not used at all, I wonder if there's at least any chance of future videos giving at least a hint to their original intentions in Digimon Story Time Stranger.

After Digimon Story Time Stranger's original story was scrapped and they started from scratch, the Café where it originally started ended up not being used at all in the new story.
Ultimately, the Café and other discarded elements were reused in other places, like side quests.

In a way, every time they comment about the very Digimon Story Time Stranger's early development with a bit of vagueness doesn't feel right to me.

Digimon Story Time Stranger originally opened at the Café, with the protagonist listening to a strange man before going outside and seeing a strange event. It was the first map made for the game, and Hara had no idea that this had happened until the recording of the latest video.

I wanted to see more quests like that one, but sadly, there weren't. I think it makes sense since it wasn't originally intended for a Side Quest, but was repurposed for one after changes in the main story. At least they got to keep it in the game even in this state.

I commented in my Game Diary that I really enjoyed the Toy Agumon quest, and I felt it still had a feel close to Cyber Sleuth, but with the bonus that Digimon being i the Real World wasn't as difficult. Learning it wasn't made for a Side Quest and almost scrapped surprised me.

Also, as the story of Time Stranger changed during development, some of the planned gaps between points of the main story where certain side missions were planned for just ceased to be, causing changes. I wonder if this resulted in the various side quest unlocking at that point.

Funny enough, the first thing that I remembered upon seeing Shademon appearing in the next episode was the Ghost Game Eyesmon episode. At least here there's no chance for eye body horror, right? (I also thought of it when Mimicmon's eye was shown at the beginning lol)

Although very emotional, I still find it very funny how the latest Digimon Beatbreak episode ends with "drop out of school and start living with your found family hunting Digimon for money".

Digimon World Next 0rder was the first Digimon game I actually saw being released after I started engaging more with the series. I remember when the first teases for Zwart-D were shown and seeing some expecting it to be a fusion between Alphamon and Omegamon.

Asking Yggdrasill what a Rendezvous Point is, the short explanation is that it's a nexus of many destinies, where it's easy to make inconsistencies consistent. The JP Alphamon quest is the only I think could relate to this. I wonder if there was more to it planned, or in the DLC.

Omegamon Zwart Defeat is another Digimon that appears in the Akashic Backdoors and will be added to the first Season Pass DLC for Digimon Story Time Stranger. It's a form of Omegamon Zwart that became berserker due to a virus program infection.

Considering the change made some think of another version of the character, I wonder if the Time Stranger localization team had a fan who wanted to add references. Like adding a reference to Digimon World 2's Digi Beetle when the original was just "This is the wrong place".

Another Digimon besides BlitzGreymon who appeared in the different space known as the Akashic Backdoors, Cres Garurumon, a subspecies of Metal Garurumon.
This Digimon is going to be added in the first pack of Season Pass DLCs for Digimon Story Time Stranger.

I'm working on my Digimon Story Time Stranger's review, and while writing a part, I noticed that there's one quest that has completely different dialogue for a single character and changes the message of the quest entirely. So I'm sharing it here if anyone wants to compare them.

If you want to know more about Kyo, Yamaguchi suggests watching the opening and noticing the bruise on the neck and the accessory on his left arm. Expect them to be important in the story.

According to Yamaguchi, Kyo is to be portrayed as someone who really cares about his teammates as a family, he is watching over them, he lets them be who they want to be, and they feel safe when he is with them. There's a lot inside Kyo, and he just can't let it out yet. (3/4)

As usual, Murasamemon knows everything there's to know about Kyo and in theory you could use it to understand him, who might be hiding something deep inside, but he is so calm that not even looking at Murasamemon can help you understand his true intentions. (2/4)

Kyo is considered a Cleaner of the strongest class in Digimon Beatbreak and is the founder of Glowing Dawn, but not even they know why he is so strong. He created the team because he wanted the freedom to do whatever he wanted. He loves to cook and make meals for everyone. (1/4)
