This is another NPC I edited. Though, not gonna lie, I'm likely gonna promote her to an OC I put in more than one game. I LOVE how she turned out.
Her name, or her stage name, I should say, is Jessebelle Estrella. Get it? It's a wordplay for Jester.... I'll see myself out....

Fun fact, this sim here? She's based on my literal first OC. Ever. Like, I legit drew her as a kid in a stick figure style.... That is how old she is.
So, she didn't have a name originally that I can remember. I cheekily named her "Gene Novus". Might think of another name eventually.

Unlike with Messmer, no one at the time of this post has ported her outfit into Sims 4. So, I had to make due with what I had on hand.

Also... a little extra here. So, I found a Dark Magician Girl outfit while browsing for outfits. And decided to test it on Monica.... Honestly, I liked it enough to keep it as a "Party outfit" for her. So when she goes to Geek-con in game. She has something to cosplay as.
