Forgot to post yesterday, but happy 26th anniversary to this weird game. Thousand Arms legit got me through my dad's death, so I'll forever have a soft spot for it.

Happy 33rd anniversary to Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, a game that gets a lot of undeserved hate. I've always loved it, and after a replay last year, I can say I still do. Don't listen to the reputation and give it a try!

I've put hundreds of hours into Capcom vs SNK 2, but I realized yesterday I've never really played the first game. Booted up Pro on PS1 and went through arcade mode and had a blast. Pretty good little game. (Also the PAL cover is way cooler)

Donkey Kong 94 to this day has some of the tightest gameplay, which as a platforming junkie I really appreciate. The graphics are cartoony and great (especially on Super Game Boy) and how they got the Game Boy to crank out those tunes is nothing short of sorcery.
