I enjoyed Lawrence in Arabia by Scott Anderson. It’s both a fascinating portrait of T.E. Lawrence and a well contextualized narrative of how WWI shaped the modern Middle East.

It looks like this is just them setting low expectations. I poked around the map and they are all Saturday. A few were still under investigation, which probably just means someone has’t set the restoration date to Saturday yet.

Same happened for me. I filed another outage report and it showed back up. Maybe just a coincidence. My outage blob includes a thousand other people. I got a text back saying my restoration time is 8 pm Saturday. Hopefully they are just trying to set low expectations.
