The quality of the league will inevitably regress, probably to the point where the A-League will feel like the old Y-League. At that point the league won't be a fruitful market that other teams can target anymore, which will hurt the (apparently) only source of income for clubs.

The decrease in salary cap is just going to hurt the league even more. If you only focus on raising the roof with young players without paying attention to the foundation, at some point everything will collapse. The league will run out of young players to develop and where will the money come from?

Outline: get the ball to Jordy Bos and Irankunda, then pray that they'll cook up something that will take over the nation and ride on that wave for the next 4 years. Not sure why Popa needs to keep it as a secret tbh

Sorry I didn't clarify further, but I meant it's unheard of to have open data for the A-League. Usually open data tends to be big competitions in Europe, the MLS, or in South America. It's great to see data of this much detailed available for a league that is close to home for me 😅
