I put together a "JA4 MCP Server" in case anyone else also lives in JA4 land.

https://codeberg.org/hrbrmstr/ja4-mcp

If it's missing anything def lemme know.

Will be up on NPM when I get time.

Also, in case folks did not know or perhaps have forgotten, MCP servers aren't just LLM tools.

Sigh. The "election truth" people are still going full steam ahead, collecting unwitting supporters who want to believe the 2024 election outcome was hacked.

I'm not going to link to it - I don't want to amplify them - but here's a brief thread on how they're being misleading and outright […]

Does anyone know what causes this particular failure mode? I’ve only seen on gas station pumps. Sometimes as many as 3 or 4, I think they’re always complete circles.

👋 hey there team leaders & members, consider upping the frequency of burnout check ins w/your fellow teammates. i'm fairly certain the current domestic and global "conditions" are likely sneaking up on folks.

and, you are your own teammate, which means do the same thing for yourself more regularly.

I'm really excited about how well one of my new lesson ideas for fifth grade CS is working out.

I teach them to count in binary early in the class which they LOVE. In the new lesson I have seven sets of cards with numbers and symbols on them from:

binary
hexadecimal
base 3

The anti-vaccine movement has the same talking points now as it did in the 1800’s. It’s always been a rejection of science, scientists, and progress, with a soupçon of paranoia.

Below is a slide for a talk I’m preparing that illustrates the identical strategies. I have more examples, too.

Fifteen trick-or-treaters last night. :( More than last year, but only barely. Our neighborhood is full of kids but I think there's so little decorating down near our house that our side of the loop is just skipped.

Also, moving in much smaller groups -- we […]
