LinkedIn has the same reasoning

The new lost levels campaign fixes that by giving you the unmaker only in the last level. I'll keep playing 90s FPS, I think next up is SW: Dark Forces!

I didn't either beside the shareware episode back in the days. Doom + Doom II is a great value it's around 200 levels total!

I guess I'll go through Doom 64 next!

Speaking of Doom II, while it introduced some of the most iconic enemies of the series, the vast majority of the maps totally sucks. I had a hard time motivating myself to finish it.

Plutonia is probably the best game IMHO, TNT isn't bad either, not sure why Final Doom got a bad reputation. I played the Sigils after legacy, so being based on Doom 1 they felt a bit flat gameplay wise, Doom II enemies and the super shotgun really speed up the tempo of the game.
