Jesus man, it's not a deal, it's a memorandum of understanding. It's not an actual deal until B.C. / First Nations agree to it / sign it which will never happen. Most know the pipeline is dead in the water including Carney, he's just playing nice to Smith to get what he wants in return... strategy !
