For dialling in I reset to external grind setting 6, brew and then use the extraction data to adjust. Normally that ends with me going finer until the timings look right. If I can’t get there I’ll up the dose until about right

Sounds like you might have exhausted your top burr too? Mine was on 2 internally and often 3 on the external. That coupled with the grind time made me think that burr has worn down too much. Temp I’ve not touched but maybe I should 🤔
