I would assume that if they did it would be on the basis that the judges directions to the jury were incorrect in law… but I am not in a position to make an assessment of that

I don’t understand why ‘we’ can’t shift the asylum claims backlog? The Tories seemed to be happy to let it rise, but I was hoping this administration would chuck some resources at it and reduce the problem that way
