Its going to be an absolute legal mess for sure I expect. The guidance should be reverted back to the EHRC if its anything like the draft.

True, but once the guidance is made statutory, whilst not legally binding, it is very much expected that people take notice of it unless there is a very good reason not to do so. There will be many court cases I would expect after the government if they ever do, make the guidance statutory.

Completely untrue, they can amend and provide updated guidance at any time and they can even judge that the guidance issued is wrong and should be reconsidered. Don't comment on something like this if you don't actually know the law.
