She's the second most progressive democrat in the Senate in the past 40 years behind Warren. Based on bills and resolutions she was more progressive than Bernie

Rufo would debate you immediately so roasting him on a site he's not on is a bitch move

I've answered this 4 times already. From my experience over the past 2 years, people who are voting for trump do so because of the polices he backs. I don't know how to rephrase this anymore so you will be able to comprehend it.

It's not idealized and unquestioned following. It's issue oriented

Everyone I speak to has policy preferences not blind loyalty. As a party switcher I am somewhat unique. The cult talking point is outdated though. People like trump for what he supports not because of some of hypnotic appeal. I am not an outlier. You are living in the past and in an echo chamber

I was a Philly democrat my entire life. I voted for Hillary and Biden. I voted for an actual socialist to be Philly's mayor. She lost. I was going to vote for Warren but it seemed pointless after SC.

Calling me a trump cultist is absurd

Democrats lied about the cognitive issues Biden was having for years. Why would I vote for democrats when high profile House dems are crying because funding for Israel's Iron dome passed or for people who justified or celebrated the murder Charlie Kirk. You just have blind spots
November 22, 2025 at 6:31 PM
I voted for trump for deregulation, less taxes, pro Israel stance and many other specific policy issues.

Republicans are not in a cult. It's a binary system and we chose the one who more aligns with our high priority issues

Progressive policies are not generally popular. Abolish ICE, Defund the police, social workers working domestic crisis calls, government run supermarkets. Open borders, biological males competing in women’s sports, even being against Israel is not the majority.

Trump won the popular vote

MTG’s federal pension vests after five years of service

She's also made a fortune in the stock market in the past few years including a very sketchy buy of palantir days before a landmark govt contract.

Independents bailed on trump because of hyper-partisanship so he has a bromance presser with Mamdani to reverse trend.

If anything being next to trump showed how pedestrian mamdani's charisma is

Her own campaign was shocked she lost.

Biden was very beatable. They had to work miracles to move him forward to the general. They alienated much of the left

She was the most admired woman in America then. Name recognition goes both ways. Yes the GOP targeting her for decades built up resentment but she also had a huge built in motivated voting base

Hillary was the "Most Admired Woman in the World" six years running at that point according to Gallup. Everyone was shocked she lost. Trump had the Access Hollywood video come out a month before the election.

A 78 yr old shuffling Biden beat him when he couldn't campaign because of covid

Trump said the shooting was terrible” and “horrible but “We have to get over it. We have to move forward. We have to move. He wasn't saying "who cares"

Kirk was just murdered. Khashoggi was murdered 7 years ago.

Wait till you find out who democrats just got elected mayor of the city that was attacked on 9/11.

Everyone was furious about 9/11 but the reality is islam has colonized the middle east and you have to pick the least radicalized countries in the region to do business with

From my experience, dems enforce rigid social and political norms.

There's this need by the left to see republicans as without agency. According to dems, we are "in a spell" or led by instinct.

Most of us are issue oriented voters. It's transactional and trump adapts to our demands
