I love this kind of thing. And it's a big part of my London Map project; random things in random places, giving us an opportunity to tell ourselves stories about how they got there.

Thank you for these photos! I don't know why I didn't see this structure was Brutalist. I guess bc I could only see the cobblestones and not so much concrete. I LOVE the slide!

I would love to know more about the history of these things.

Before using my map tracking system, I was trying to just remember which streets I had covered. But somewhere between Mudshoot Farm and Millwall Outer Dock, my brain couldn't do it anymore! Now I can't imagine this project without my precious maps.
