I think it's safe to say this is a younger demographic with progressive values, and while not dominated necessarily by transplants has a healthy percentage of them. In other words, people who don't really care about the political dynasties of this city.

I also wonder about the overlap between chronic voter, the kind who would come out for a low profile election (no mayor etc. 20% turnout), and chronic online voter, the kind who reads and posts about the various voter guides and also follows the local influencer-sphere.
