I've been meaning to draw another OC crossover picture. Here's something with Breeze and @rainbowbeanart.bsky.social's magical jerboa OC, Void.

It's kinda difficult to learn magic from someone who can't use magic when observed.

That's my comfort OC, the Caretaker. She's a reality-bending entity who lives in her own pocket dimension that's open to anyone in need of a break from everything. She sees herself as everyone's interdimensional neighbor.

Also, she loves hugs.

I created Breeze in 2022. I made her because I REALLY wanted a magical cat OC. During artfight of that year, I drew a bunch of magical cat OCs and it was so fun that I decided to make my own.

She was a very different character back then.

I'll share my idea for her backstory now. Why not?
I'm gonna share my idea for this characters backstory but first, I have to say one little thing about the world of my wizard project. That world was nearly destroyed thousands of years ago. Incredibly powerful monsters came close to tearing it apart on a level beyond the physical. A group of wizards were able to stop the monsters and slowly repair the world. However, during the time the world was torn, the barrier between the world and other realms was broken and many inhabitants of the world ended up in those realms where they were changed physically and mentally (several of them became immortal beings). My snake OC was once a regular inhabitant of this world. She was nearly torn apart on a level beyond the physical too. However, before she could be completely torn apart, she was sucked into another realm where she changed into who she is now. After all of that, she was just happy to be alive. Now, she shares her love of life with any mortal that catches her attention…in her own strange, otherworldly way. While you might not be in serious danger around her, you still might want to avoid getting her attention. She is very powerful and her idea of fun might not match that of a mortal. Anyway, that's my idea at the time. It might change at some point as I figure stuff out.
