exactly, it’s cute to tell the computer to make you a picture of robocop doing something funny and to show your friends what you got it to do, and then that gets boring after a little while and then you don’t need generative AI anymore

i know there are not trillions of dollars in hyping under the hood improvements and that was what dictated the rollout of all of this rather than the technology being mature enough to sell, but still, i just think about it
