Intelligence agencies do not share their information with law enforcement so that they don't expose their sources and methods. Clearly Brazil law enforcement has information as they stopped the plan. The probability that Brazil prosecutes anybody but low level US operatives is remote.

My fucking screen shuts off power after 30 seconds, you would think that a HUGE GROUP of people are ALL getting paid $500,000+ a year as engineers could pull that shit off.
