I believe the Statute of Limitations has run for Comey, which means they can't now indict him again. As for James, I believe they have 6 months left before the Statute of Limitations runs, but it's the federal district court which gets to appoint a new federal prosecutor, not Bondi.

I worked in the insurance industry for 18 years before becoming a lawyer. "The people will be allowed to negotiate?" What the fuck is he talking about? Negotiate with whom? And since when did individuals negotiating with insurance companies ever benefit the individuals? This is utter bullshit.
