Sorry for the rant LOL I get super heated about this

… I still hold myself accountable for that period of my life and have a lot of guilt. But if someone who doesn’t have BPD tells me that everyone they know who has BPD is abusive, that tells me a lot more about them than it does the people they surround themselves with

… my main observation as someone who surrounds myself with other BPD ppl, is that we only tend to be abusive when we ourselves are actively being abused. I was such a toxic, shitty person to everyone around me, until I broke up with my abusive ex boyfriend. Then I was normal..

I have BPD and I surround myself with ppl who have BPD, and more often than not we’re the ones being abused. Because we are vulnerable and need that validation, lots of abusive ppl take advantage of that. Some ppl with BPD can be abusive 100% but honestly…
