As of today, it has officially been 6 months since the bonkers & terrifying morning that I had my (first & only) seizure while in the middle of a normal workout.
At this point, it honestly feels super surreal and like it was just a bad dream.

Growing up as a Black boy in America, I was told that you should keep your hair neat, dress & speak well so that people will respect you.
