There has got to be a valid Free Exercise clause challenge here, if grants are limited to religious groups whose practices conform to administration immigration enforcement and anti-civil rights priorities.

Thank you for shining a light on these efforts. DNC Legal is also gearing up to protect the upcoming DFL caucuses. ICE and CBP shouldn’t interfere with local democracy in Minnesota.
