Ok, the two ex-students you mentoned worked as anti-communist propagandists for the US and were/are intellectually very unethical/weak. If this is a serious university, there are probably better examples to cite.

By the way, one of these days I took a photo of this poster in a famous and popular book store in Berlin and I find it disturbing that her work is still promoted as something valid and her as a “thinker of freedom”, while she just defended liberalism by lying about the Soviet Union, without data.

I read the first post and it said that Hannah Arendt and Ai Weiwei studied there, two intellectually unethical scholars who produced anti-communist propaganda for the US. This is why I got quickly skeptical about the place. The person complaining thinks those ppl are scholars who did serious work.

I just checked what Ai Weiwei does and it is horrible! Here is a critique in the FDP fraction that Germany - for humanity’s sake - has lost its “soul” in the China policy. He is another nut job like Hannah Arendt. Does this university teach the sewage of liberalism?

Hannah Arendt is famous, but she is a very good example of someone who used provocation to disseminate categories such as that of “totalitarianism”, which are inadequate to critical thinking, understanding power dynamics and societal structure.
