Having anxiety doesn’t mean I’m broken. There are days when it feels overwhelming when my chest is heavy & every thought spirals, but I remind myself that anxiety is not a flaw—it’s a part of being human. It’s okay to feel deeply and to struggle. With each breath I take, I’m learning to navigate it.
