I adored it, did a playthrough this year and it was just as great as I remembered from all those years ago.
I wouldn't mind a little remake though in all honesty, give it some of that FF7 love.

I dont think there is one that excels more than others.
The Steam version having mouse/keyboard support is okay, I still ended up playing on a gamepad anyway as it felt more natural.
Another reason I went PC first was the modding scene, they added jobs from other Tactics games already.
