really fantastic doc, a must for the action heads but also really gets into the nuts and bolts of filmmaking. Mostly pretty jovial but doesn’t shy away from real interpersonal conflict, either. Fascinating stuff.

RIP Peter Watkins, creator of numerous masterpieces but Punishment Park remains one of the most important touchstones for my younger self. An unbelievable film, still enormously relevant decades later.
