Regardless of an AI economic bubble, there will definitely be data center construction bubble. The circumstances fueling this rampant construction looks more like the housing bubble that caused the Great Recession than the Y2K dot com bubble.

What's amazing about this to me is how they can so exactly misinterpret reality. Like, they are reading the compass backwards and are sure they are heading the right direction.
