Love this. I’ve been trying to do this, shifting away from buying things, using what we have, being self sustainable (as much as possible). Can’t wait until we move. Solar is in my future as well.

Pretty sure both my natural gas and electric bills have doubled since spring of 2022, so yeah… I think it’s a fair return on investment. It’s on my list for when I get moved this spring.
