happy to report that the new Pile record (that i got 2 weeks early 🤓) is Great

also mushroom szn is upon us:

- orange jelly fungus aka orange witches butter. it's so cute

- dryad's saddle aka pheasants back. polypore, smells like watermelon rind

recent spiders:

- triangulate cobweb (can't see in this pic but he had triangles on his back)

- dotted wolf (had to double check ID between him and a grass spider but his spinnerets are teeny tiny, unlike grassies)

- cellar (the true Zaddy Long Legs)

- yellow sac (w/elegant lil black shoes)

watched hot rod last night while falling asleep, started taking pics like i was at a concert
