Yup, she gets discussed by retirees in my sewing circles, who log onto Facebook or email once a day and make sure to read her newsletter. Different market from @acyn or popehat or others who have a very online community.

That's what I always wonder when I hear "but Canadians come to the US for medical treatment!" - does Canadian insurance cover health tourism? Do they have to worry about pre-approval? Or is it the same "I'm rich enough not to worry about that" that applies just about anywhere?

So, you enter your name and email -- or someone else's name and email as a prank -- and the computer automatically sends emails to "dear Denise." It's not lovingly hand-typed.

All it means is that someone, anyone, put that email into the mailing list and said the first name was "pedophiles."
