Can’t remember, could well have been.

Was that the album with the sandpaper inner sleeve?

Polly Toynbee was a big supporter of the SDP in the 80s - even standing as a candidate in 1983

As opposed to his predecessor

Digging out the anti-Corbyn tactics again.
Things have gone absolutely swimmingly since the grown ups took charge, haven't they?

And that there are many non-Jewish Zionists (the UK PM for example has called himself a Zionist)

Kim Hellberg has won more points in 2 games than Rob Edwards will get in the rest of the season

In that case you’ll agree with her when she says the following
December 8, 2025 at 8:53 PM
Reckon our reserves will be too strong for Fulham reserves?
December 8, 2025 at 7:39 PM
Stella Creasey laid out the issues fairly eloquently today in The Guardian
December 8, 2025 at 7:36 PM
It means that the UK needs the EU much more than the EU needs the UK. Look at all the fuss over the EU imposing 3rd country status on the UK
Gove once said the UK held all the cards. Currently the EU have a Royal Flush. The UK has a joker, Mr Bun the Baker, Pikachu and The Old Kent Road

We are welcome to rejoin on their terms.
You are welcome to continue believing what you wish, but bear in mind I heard the above from a friend who's an Irish diplomat in Brussels
December 8, 2025 at 7:29 PM
To give you a sense of how things have moved on, prior to Brexit, there were 6 ferries directly from Ireland to mainland Europe. Now there are 35. Exporters have realised that the red tape of using the land bridge isn't worth it. It also means that the drivers are fully rested when they reach France
December 8, 2025 at 7:26 PM
The UK Government could say "We want to rejoin" tomorrow, but it's wishful thinking to imagine this alone would do anything.
The EU was badly hit by Brexit, and as long as there's a chance of a repeat then the EU will remain unlikely to go anywhere near expediting things for the UK 1/2
December 8, 2025 at 7:24 PM
What channel is it on?
December 8, 2025 at 6:47 PM
How rapid do you expect it to be? The UK needs to understand that the EU has moved on, and no amount of UK exceptionalism will get the EU to change its procedures.
December 8, 2025 at 6:45 PM
And to do that, as Stella Creasey states in her article, is a long term undertaking
