Our experience is generally good with most discs, but there are some… 😒

One I popped in the other day had so much unskippable crap at the beginning. FBI piracy warning, commentary disclaimer, etc., etc. The trailers were skippable, at least.

The night before full, it was really pretty driving home from a concert downtown with the moon lighting up the snowy mountain peaks above the foothills.

Went out back and took a long exposure when I got home, though Longs always has less snow than the other peaks I was seeing.

There are a couple by us with business name on them. Just a nice, big reminder to never patronize them!

There is also one that has a forest green vinyl wrap, almost exactly the same color as the Waste Management branding, making it look like a big, self-propelled dumpster.

This probably has implications/side effects/ramifications that I'm not thinking of. But god, does it sound like an attractive model! Like being able to go to the grocery store or corner shop and just buy a copy of the newspaper without subscribing.

Wholeheartedly agree.

But you know what else I would love — independent journalist or big publication? A system that would just let me pay like 25¢ to read a story. I start the piece, it's interesting, I can pop in a quarter to the digital newspaper machine to read the rest.

It might kill a few kids, but at least it only lies to you about a third to half the time!

Way to fluff those fascists, you transphobic turds!

Get out of here with your environment-destroying parrot shit slop, brought to all of us by exactly the people who have helped to get us into the situation we are currently in.

Pathetic.

No reforms for these brownshirts. Legal sentencing and jail time for the ones we can convict for their human rights abuses and murders.

Exile from polite society for the ones we cannot. And for people who abet them. You know any of those, Chuck?

I did find someone on Reddit purporting to have a copy of unstated origin, and the post is recent. So if someone's feeling froggy and wants to download unknown files from an internet stranger on a spare, quarantined device… 😕

Again, I'm probably replicating work you've done, but I couldn't help but look around myself, and the strong consensus is that there has been no official, commercial English dub.

Unfortunately, the only English track on the disc is the commentary. Which I suspected, but wanted to be sure on.

You my have already checked, but looking at Blu-ray.com, it doesn't seem any releases have English audio listed: www.blu-ray.com/movies/Pans-...

I have the Criterion release at home. I'll check when I'm back in a couple hours and email you if it's got the English audio track.

The fact also stands that right now, due to efficiency, hydrogen for fuel cells is almost entirely generated by pyrolysing methane, and that process generates a large amount of CO2 as a byproduct. That's potentially fixable long term with H2O and vastly more power, but BEV gets us there now.
