Shawn, you can probably do this yourself, as there are a number of programs that can convert the PDF file to ePub with little formatting loss. I’ve used Calibre, but there are probably better choices available now that offer good results.

Yea. I kept hearing that most premiums would rise 2-4x. 7x is completely ridiculous.

I remember riding that very scenic narrow road, but we took the left turn right before Torridon and somehow missed the actual town. Kept riding and camped with the midges on the hillsides above Lochcarron that night.

That looks familiar! I pedaled that road during my spring 2017 Scotland bike tour!
