If a 13 year old Palestinian child threw a rock at Israeli tanks 9 years ago, he’d still be in prison in Israel, on a starvation diet and no medical care and almost no communication with the outside world.

And there’s time cost as well. A low-income single parent of 1 or more is pretty busy. Developing a week-long menu of cooked meals, shopping for the multiple ingredients, cooking them on a timely basis, clean-up, leftovers management…this is hard enough for your average doc or lawyer, but try 1/2
