His self inflicted exhaustion is amplifying his dementia. He's literally decreasing his own life expectancy. But like they say bad habbits die hard. Aand Trump has had nothing but bad habbits his whole life. He is the instrument of his own demise.

That faux empathy justification retraumatizes the victims even more so. They're seeking accountability. If they don't get that fewer to no victims in similar circumstances will come forward.
