Limes Inferior is another #sci-fi novel by Janusz #Zajdel that I have read recently.

the story is set in city-state Argoland where citizens are divided into several social classes depending on their intelligence

whole social construct is just a mistification to keep people away from the truth

"God Techs" by @sylvcz.bsky.social

Big Techs controls more of our life that we realize. They harvest our data to serve their interests - not ours.

But how did they get so powerful?

The author describes the ways companies built their dominant market position.

Finished recently a puzzle, indie game #Coccon.

What was unique to me is that you can carry world named orb on your back. You can take orb inside another orb - that was little mind blowing when doing for first time.

Graphics is pleased to see, enjoyed watching all animations.

"Who goes there?" a classic horror story by John W. Campbell from 1938, which has been adapted into a film twice in 1951 and 1982 - the second is one of my favourites movies.

The story is a little bit different comparing to movie by John Carpenter, but still I found it amusing to read.

I stopped using Google search many months ago - had enough, too many ads and results not relevant to search query

Using Bing + Perplexity since then and I’m happy with the results
