Hmm, usually, the return in the negation of the negation signifies returning to the same differently. Hence the re-cognitive/recognition and magnanimous aspects of the dialectical procedure. So it’s neither dualistic nor purely internal, in fact, it probably shouldn’t be specified in advance anyway

There is really interesting conceptual work going on within psychoanalysis that to properly debug, calibrate, etc. would mean to make a “new science” which I’m always thinking about lol
