Same problem here. Box was packed with dog food (cans) and bird seed (bags). Box "exploded" in the delivery van. We (delivery guy and me) swept up the bird seed from the van and dumped it into a garbage bag. ZP sent more bird seed for free, but that came damaged, too. 🙄
