Lucky; I tried to apply for pharm tech, they told me I needed a license, I spent over $200 getting the license, only to be rejected with no explanation as to why... and then the next time I went to pick up a prescription, there were two kids they hired who didn't even know how to use computers.

This has been an issue for the past five jobs; because one of my earliest upon moving was a freight job, all jobs after that would see it that on my resume, claim to hire me as 'cashier/customer service', then make me do a bunch of freight as well, despite it not being in the initial job descrip. 😒💨

Yep. It's down to a persistent chronic pain that I'm still in PT for, it may never go away, so I'm not exactly itching to go back to the job that added the last straw, especially since the conditions appear to be worsening every time I go in there to shop. I don't think the pay is worth the pain.

Been juggling between miserable retail jobs. I had one small-business one that was nice until the owner threw me under the bus. Last one was well-paying but shady, and landed me an injury they wouldn't accommodate. Riding the year out on savings from it for tax reasons, before looking for another...

I guess the simplest outcome would be Spine Remakes Sam, then Lyle snaps a picture and captures both their souls, and gives the empty husk to Shadow to keep and disassemble, and praying Shadow sees this as an acceptable gift, and not a slight driving it to also claim Lyle and the photograph, haha.

I mean, Spine's game over is the only one that leaves him in a justifiably still-living state. Eternally-agonized incorporeality and being trapped in a smudged photo forever aren't really compatible fates.

One reason I actually really like Promise; yeah, it's 'too sappy/good to be true', but giving this depressed wreck of a man some genuine rest from his problems just feels like better closure than turning into a world-spanning tree that feels the need to prove itself to the whole world at all times.

'My' Sam's main drive is "nothing to lose" stemming from depression/loneliness for a lot of reasons. Many of the decisions leading to game overs could be chalked up to stupidity or just giving up. Hell, even going to the roof to talk to the Visitor could be seen as suicidal; Sam says so to Aurelius.

Tracks himself mostly just acts like a big idiot lab, but the human part of his personality IS present; he's just not very effective at keeping the forward personality out of trouble.

Imagine a mute owner with a HUGE and way-too-friendly dog on a leash desperately trying and failing to control it.

Been meaning to do some silly doodles with Tracks, but car Cursed are hard.

Hellride is not amused (assume it's between passengers right now). I wanna do more... C0p car is likely next, but will be a while due to the complexity of that design, even if I keep it rough like this.
